Events & Connect
This is how your expo app could look like.
Change the name, venue and colors, then move between the phone tabs. The agenda and attendee views are examples; this preview does not save an event.

Live preview, nothing is saved. Tap through the tabs on the phone.
Expo app agenda in the pocket.
An expo can have a full calendar of talks and a floor full of conversations. Conferras keeps the published sessions and the profiles of people who join in one browser-based event app. Physical wayfinding and badge operations still need their own tools.
01Before arrival
Share the event link with visitors and exhibitor teams. Those who join can fill in their own attendee profiles and look through the program.
02At the entrance
Display the event QR code so visitors can open the app. Scanning that code does not register a badge or count admission.
03During the show
Visitors check talk times, bookmark sessions, browse joined attendees and request a meeting if they want to speak.
Expo session schedule: Flexible with simple setup.
Give each session a time, speaker and location. A visitor can save the sessions worth returning for, while the organizer can adjust the agenda rather than reprinting it when a room or time changes.
Sessions can be organized by stages and days. The app shows a program; it does not draw a route across the exhibition floor or provide an interactive hall map.
Expo attendee directory: Let people meet the right contact.
If a representative joins and completes an attendee profile, visitors can see their role and company, then message them or request a 1:1 meeting. Other visitors and partners can take part in exactly the same way.
There is no automatically populated list of exhibiting companies, booth assignment or exhibitor profile with product listings. The directory reflects people who have actually joined.
Expo app features: See what's inside Conferras.
Sessions, stages and speakers
Publish talks and demonstrations with times, speakers and locations. An organizer can revise session details when the program changes.
A personal session list
Visitors can bookmark sessions and export calendar entries. A bookmark saves a talk, not an exhibitor or a booth.
Profiles of people who joined
Visitors and exhibitor representatives can create attendee profiles with a role, company and interests. There is no imported exhibitor catalogue.
Direct chat
Two attendees who have joined can exchange private messages. A visitor can contact an exhibitor representative if that person has joined as an attendee.
1:1 meeting requests
Propose a time with another attendee. A request is not a booking until the people involved agree.
Organizer announcements
Share changes to a session or room through the event app. On iOS, web push needs the app added to the home screen.
Your expo identity
Add an event name, logo, colors and event subdomain, so the visitor-facing experience carries your brand.
Entry by link or QR
People open the event in a browser and join without an app-store download. A QR code is an entry point, not a check-in or badge scanner.
Starter includes matchmaking between attendees; AI matchmaking is available on Growth and Scale. Neither mode creates exhibitor listings or captures leads.
Your expo app setup.
A code on entrance signage is only useful if there is something worthwhile behind it. Set up the sessions, make the event recognizably yours and invite the people who want to be found before visitors walk in.
01Brand the event
Set the expo name, logo, colors, venue and event subdomain.
02Publish the program
Add talks, demonstrations, speakers, locations and stage times.
03Share the link
Send it to visitors and exhibitor representatives; print its QR on signage if useful.
04Maintain it
Update sessions and send announcements as the program changes.

FAQs for your expo app.
Visitors can check sessions and speakers, bookmark talks, create an attendee profile, browse other people who have joined, exchange private messages and request 1:1 meetings. Organizers can update the agenda and send announcements.
No. Conferras provides an attendee directory and a session agenda, not an automatically populated exhibitor catalogue, booth listings or an interactive floor map. An exhibitor representative who joins can create their own attendee profile.
