Events & Connect
This is how your summit app could look like.
Change the summit name, venue and colors. Move between the agenda, people and chat tabs on the phone. This is a live preview, not a saved event.

Live preview, nothing is saved. Tap through the tabs on the phone.
Schedule sessions in your summit app.
For a summit with keynotes, smaller discussions and time between them, the app puts the published program beside a directory of the people who joined. Attendees decide which talks to save and whom to contact; the organizer does not have to manufacture introductions.
01Before the summit
Publish times, speakers and rooms. Share the event link early enough for attendees to join and complete profiles.
02Between sessions
People can browse profiles, send a message and propose a 1:1 time without losing track of the next talk.
03When plans change
Edit a session and send an announcement, so people checking the app can see the current program.
Multi-track summit agenda: Give each keynote and stage a space.
Add sessions to an agenda with their own times, locations and speakers. Attendees can bookmark what they plan to attend and export calendar entries. If a room changes, the organizer can edit the session and send an announcement.
This is a schedule, not automatic roundtable seating or a session-capacity and waitlist system. Plan those logistics separately if your summit depends on them.
Summit attendee profiles: Match people in your summit app.
Attendees who join fill out their own profiles with roles, interests and goals. Others can browse the directory and decide whether to make contact. Starter includes matchmaking; Growth and Scale add AI suggestions based on profile information.
Conferras does not verify a person's title, rank executives by seniority or ask an organizer to approve each match. A suggestion is a starting point for a conversation, not a curated introduction.
Let people book 1:1 meetings and connect iCal.
Private chat lets attendees ask a question before proposing a 1:1. Meeting requests let them arrange a time around the program, with a visual warning for conflicts. The other person still has to respond.
An organizer can provide the space for those exchanges without claiming that every profile view, match or request turned into a conversation.
Summit app features: Meet Conferras.
A useful agenda and attendee network on every plan. Capacity and AI matchmaking differ by plan; the other tools below describe the event app itself.
A multi-track agenda
Add keynotes, panels and breakouts with times, speakers and rooms. Update a session when plans change.
Saved sessions
An attendee can bookmark talks and export calendar entries to plan around a packed day.
Attendee profiles
People who join can add their role, organization, interests and goals, then browse others who have joined.
Matchmaking by plan
Starter includes matchmaking. Growth and Scale add AI suggestions informed by profiles; no seniority-based curation is promised.
Private messages
Attendees can start a direct conversation with another person who has joined the summit.
1:1 meeting requests
Attendees can propose and respond to meeting requests. A suggested match is not an agreed meeting.
Organizer announcements
Send updates about a changed room, time or part of the program. On iOS, push requires the app on the home screen.
Summit branding
Use your event name, logo, colors and event subdomain rather than an app-store listing.
Open from a link
Share an event link or QR code; attendees open it in a browser without an app-store download.
Summit app for event access: An invitation link with ticket check.
What you can control
Share the summit link or join code with the people you intend to invite. Attendees who join can create profiles and use the agenda, chat and meeting tools.
Access check for ticket holders
A forwarded link or code establishes an approved guest list, company single sign-on or verified executive credentials. Use your existing registration or ticket provider to manage access to the app.
Summit app setup: Build, share, and track attendees.
The attendee experience gets better when the program is complete and participants have had a chance to join before the first session. Registration approvals and executive vetting are separate decisions.
01Build the program
Add summit sessions, speakers, rooms and times; choose the event branding.
02Share access
Send the event link or QR to intended attendees using your existing invitation process.
03Let profiles grow
People who join fill in their own details. An invitation alone does not create a profile.
04Keep it current
Edit the agenda and send updates when a session moves or a room changes.
Summit app pricing by attendees, per event.
Starter covers a smaller summit with the agenda, profiles, chat and meetings. Growth and Scale add AI matchmaking. Each plan is priced per event rather than as an annual summit license.
Starter
Up to 250 attendees
Growth
Up to 1,000 attendees
