Do I pay per event or per year?

Conferras is pay-per-event. Each price above covers a single event from setup to wrap-up, with no annual contract and no lock-in. Run one event a year or twelve, you only pay for what you launch.

What counts as an attendee?

Accepted Answer

An attendee is a person who joins your event app with a unique profile. Organizers, speakers and staff members you invite as part of the team are not counted toward the attendee limit.

Can I try Conferras before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reach out and we'll set up an internal test event for up to 10 accounts so your team can experience the full product before you commit.

Question 4

What happens if I go over my attendee limit?

Accepted Answer

We'll never lock your event mid-flight. If you cross the limit of your tier, we'll simply upgrade you to the next one and invoice the difference after the event.

How do I pay, and is VAT included?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by credit card at checkout, or request an invoice for Starter and above. All prices shown exclude VAT; EU customers receive a VAT-compliant invoice, and we handle reverse charge for valid EU VAT IDs.

Can I use my own branding, colors and domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid tier is fully white-labeled with your event name, logo and accent colors. On the Custom plan you also get a custom subdomain (or your own domain), SSO and tailored integrations.

How long does it take to set up an event?

Most teams launch in under a day. The setup wizard guides you through branding, agenda, speakers and participants, and once you share the join link attendees are matched and chatting within minutes.
