    Conferras is pay-per-event. Each price above covers a single event from setup to wrap-up, with no annual contract and no lock-in. Run one event a year or twelve, you only pay for what you launch.

    An attendee is a person who joins your event app with a unique profile. Organizers, speakers and staff members you invite as part of the team are not counted toward the attendee limit.

    Yes. Reach out and we'll set up an internal test event for up to 5 accounts so your team can experience the full product before you commit.

    We'll never lock your event mid-flight. If you cross the limit of your tier, we'll simply upgrade you to the next one and invoice the difference after the event.

    Custom covers events above 4,000 attendees. You get a custom subdomain, full white-label branding, SSO, priority integrations and a dedicated success manager. Get in touch and we'll build a proposal around your event.
