Trade show attendee profiles: Let people meet the right person.
An exhibitor representative who joins as an attendee can show their company and role on a personal profile. A visitor can browse those profiles alongside other attendees, read what people have chosen to share and decide whom to contact.
This is important to distinguish from an exhibitor directory: Conferras does not automatically create company listings, assign booths or import a floor plan. Discovery depends on people joining and completing their profiles.

Easy 1:1 meetings for your trade show.
A visitor can start a private chat with an attendee from an exhibitor team, ask a specific question and request a 1:1 meeting. Both people decide whether and when to meet; suggestions from matchmaking do not make a booking on their behalf.
Starter includes matchmaking, while Growth and Scale add AI suggestions based on profile information. Neither version turns chats or profile views into captured sales leads.

Private conversations
An attendee can message another attendee directly before approaching them on the floor. The recipient needs to have joined the event.
1:1 meeting requests
Request a time with another attendee, whether that person represents an exhibitor, a buyer or a partner. Both sides arrange the meeting.
Sessions and stages
Publish talks, demonstrations and panels with times, speakers and locations. Organizers can update the agenda when details change.

Visitors can bookmark sessions and export calendar entries rather than trying to remember a printed program.
