Conferras runs as a progressive web app. Attendees open it from a link, add it to the home screen with your event's name and icon, and get push notifications.
No download
Opens in the browser on iPhone, Android and desktop. Attendees add it to the home screen in two taps and it behaves like a native app.
Profiles with your questions
You choose the sign-up questions. Attendees answer them once, add a photo and a LinkedIn link, and matching starts with real data.
Agenda
Sessions by stage in a list or grid view, with bookmarks, calendar export and the attendee's own 1:1s next to the talks.
Speakers
Speaker profiles with photo, role and sessions, so attendees know whom to look for after a talk.
Stories
Instagram-style stories with images or videos up to 30 seconds, for highlights, announcements and sponsor content.
Job board
Open roles from your partners and attendees, switched on or off per event.
English and German
The whole app in English and German, with a default language per event and a language picker for attendees.

Guest list and invitations
Only your guests get in. And you can see who did.
You invite guests with an email you write yourself, or let them scan your event's QR code. Everyone signs up with the email address on their ticket: that is how Conferras checks who gets in.
Access by ticket email
Guests sign up with the email address on their ticket or guest list. Anyone else sees that the event is invite-only.
Guest list import
Upload an Excel or CSV file, or paste a list. Duplicates are caught, and answers you already know can be pre-filled in the sign-up form.
Eventbrite sync
Connect Eventbrite and every ticket buyer lands on your guest list. New sales and refunds arrive on their own. Conferras only reads the list.
Your own invitation email
Write the subject and text yourself, with placeholders for names, and set your own reply-to address.
QR code
Show your event's QR code on badges, slides or at the entrance. Guests scan it and sign up with their ticket email.
Reminder emails
Schedule reminders, or send one now, to everyone who is invited and has not joined yet. Guests can unsubscribe.
Guest status
See for every guest whether the invitation was sent, opened and used, and export the list as a CSV.
Group tickets
A ticket with several seats lets the buyer invite colleagues, and each colleague gets their own access.
