Startup event networking: Match founders & investors.
At a demo day, founders and investors may share a room without ever speaking. Give them a way to discover one another before the event, then leave the decision to message or request a meeting with the people themselves.
01Invite
Send the event link to the founders, investors and other guests you want to bring in.
02Profile
People who join add their role, interests and goals. The app does not invent profiles for invited guests who never joined.
03Discover
Attendees browse profiles and, depending on the plan, see matchmaking suggestions.
04Arrange
A private chat or 1:1 request turns mutual interest into a conversation, if both people respond.
Founder and investor profiles: Filter for the right fit.
Founders can describe what they are building; investors can say what interests them. Everyone who joins can browse the attendee directory and choose whom to contact. The information comes from the person filling out their profile, not from a verified investment database.
Matchmaking is included on Starter. Growth and Scale add AI suggestions informed by attendee profile information, including roles and goals. Neither a score nor a suggestion guarantees investor interest.
Event agenda: Keep pitches in order with Conferras.
Publish the running order with times, speakers and locations. Attendees can bookmark talks and export calendar entries, while the organizer can change session details if the stage schedule moves.
The agenda can also hold panels, office hours or workshops. Conferras presents those as sessions; it does not score pitches, collect votes or run a fundraising process.
Event chat: The follow-up can start before day 1.
A founder can message another attendee about a conversation; an investor can respond and agree to a 1:1 meeting. Requests are proposals, not automatic appointments. The app does not send a pitch deck, promise an introduction or manage a deal pipeline.
That distinction matters at events where a useful meeting is the beginning of a relationship, not an outcome the organizer can guarantee.
CoStartup event app features: What each person can actually do.
Founders and investors use the same attendee app. The columns below describe examples of how each might use it, not separate access tiers.

A conference, demo day, pitch night or a cohort gathering.
Demo day
Give guests the pitch schedule, attendee profiles and a way to request conversations around the program.
Pitch night
Share one event link for a shorter evening. People can browse the room and message someone they want to meet.
Accelerator gathering
Create an event with your own name and branding; invite the current cohort and guests to join it.
Startup event app setup: Set the stage for networking.
Add your event identity and the session program, then share the link before guests arrive. People need to join and fill out profiles for discovery to be useful; a list of invitations alone is not a live network.
01Prepare
Enter your name, venue, logo and colors, then add pitch slots and speakers as agenda sessions.
02Invite
Share the event link or QR code with founders, investors and other guests.
03Update
Change session details and send an announcement if the running order shifts.
04Review
Check event engagement and meeting activity in the organizer view. This is not a report of investments closed.

Before you launch your app.
It gives attendees an agenda with sessions and speakers, plus profiles of people who have joined. Attendees can browse profiles, send private messages and request 1:1 meetings. Organizers can update the program and send announcements.
No. Matchmaking provides suggestions based on information attendees choose to share. Founders and investors decide whether to message or meet one another; neither an introduction nor an investment is guaranteed.
Starter includes matchmaking without AI. AI matchmaking is available on Growth and Scale. All three plans include attendee profiles, private chat and 1:1 meeting requests.
Yes. You can create a standalone event with an agenda, attendee directory and meeting tools even if the program is only one evening. Starter covers up to 250 attendees.
Attendees can describe themselves and their interests in their profiles, but Conferras does not offer a dedicated investment-thesis or ticket-size field, deal pipeline, pitch voting or fundraising workflow.
No app-store download is needed; they can open the event link or QR code in a browser. On iOS, the app must be added to the home screen before web push notifications can work.
Starter costs €89 for up to 250 attendees, Growth €399 for up to 1,000 and Scale €899 for up to 3,000. Pricing is per event; ask about Custom for a larger gathering.
